Shipping

Delivery of software is by first class post in the UK, overseas software is sent by airmail. Goods are despatched on the day the order is received providing that this is Monday to Friday before midday. Under normal circumstances you should receive your goods within 2 working days in the UK and within 7 working days overseas. However, this may change for peak times such as Christmas. At such times or if there is a strike we will refer to the Royal Mail for their best estimates of delivery schedules.

If a product is not yet available or the goods are out of stock you will be informed by return email. We will contact you again when the goods are available to ensure that the order is still required. No charge will be made to your card until the goods are ready for shipping.

We can also accept payment by cheque or postal order. Cheques should be made payable to Contact Sales Limited. Hardware is delivered by courier and we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date. Please note delivery of hardware is free in the UK, but rates apply to overseas courier shipments including the ROI. Please contact us for more information about these charges.

Out of Stock Items or Unreleased Products

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All orders are charged at the standard British VAT rate (currently 15%). VAT is not applied to goods ordered from the Channel Islands or outside of the EU. If you require your payment to be VAT free and are within the EU we will need to have your VAT registration number and your business address to submit to the tax authorities. These should be supplied to us on a separate e-mail, quoting the order number and name the order has been made under.

Returns Policy

Genuine faulty goods will be either replaced or refunded as required. We will not accept goods for return that have been opened and are not faulty. Please ensure that your computer system has the appropriate system requirements before ordering.
